1.个人简介:
杨佳丽,女,汉族,毕业于浙江大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业,获博士学位,就读期间曾在西班牙加泰罗尼亚农业食品技术研究所(IRTA)做访问学者,现为山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院副教授,硕士生导师,主要讲授果品蔬菜贮运学,果品蔬菜贮运学实验,食品专业英语等课程。目前主要从事果蔬保鲜与新型病害控制技术领域。主持山西省基础研究计划青年科学研究项目,山西省高等学校科技创新项目,山西省优秀博士来晋奖励项目,山西省农业大学科技创新基金博士科研启动项目等多个项目,并在国内外知名学术期刊上发表多篇相关研究论文。
