报告人简介：

朱美君，美国华盛顿州立大学副教授，博士生导师。

目前主要从事主食品安全以及肥胖、肠道微生物和肠道上皮相关疾病的营养调控等方面的研究。目前已在Cell metabolism，Cell reports，Cell Death and Differentiation，Cell Discovery，Cell Death and Disease，Cell Death and Discovery，Molecular and Cell Biology，Journal of Physiology，Molecular Nutrition & Food Research，Inflammatory Bowel Diseases，Frontier in Microbiology，Infection and Immunity，The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry等期刊上发表学术论文170余篇，论文他引次数超过4000多次；主持并完成美国农业部和美国卫生部等各类研究基金1350万美元。任AIMS Microbiology、Journal of Food and Nutrition、Journal of Nutrition and Health等杂志编委。
