刘敏，女，1983年生，汉族，党员，山西太谷人，山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院葡萄与葡萄酒工程系教师，博士，副教授，主要从事葡萄酒及果酒酿造、葡萄酒风味化学、酿酒葡萄果实品质调控、逆境生理和分子响应机制等方面的研究。
