李奇,女,汉族,博士,山西农业大学食品科学与工程学院讲师。 博士和硕士毕业于南昌大学(食品科学与技术国家重点实验室)。主要研究方向:食品营养与健康,侧重于研究天然活性物质及其生物活性。参与国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金面上项目。以第一作者或共同一作在国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文5篇,其中1区TOP的文章3篇,申请专利1项。
