简介:

一、个人基本情况

耿雪冉,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。全国首批黄大年式教师团队骨干成员,山西省微生物学会第八届理事会理事。目前主要从事食用菌加工、功能因子提取及功能物质靶向作用机制的研究。参与并主持国家级和省级等项目10余项;以第一及通讯作者发表论文十余篇;以第一发明人授权国家专利3项;获省级奖励2项;担任Food Hydrocolloids,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules和Frontiers in Microbiology等期刊的审稿专家。
